Spores of Aspergillus are dangerous opportunistic pathogens in the renal
transplant recipient. Aspergillus usually affects the lungs, central
nervous system, sinuses and skin. We describe ureteric aspergilloma causing
obstruction as a novel Aspergillus related complication in immunosuppressed
transplant recipients. Key words: renal transplant;
